Scope of Position
To handle the incoming and outgoing freight for the air warehouse.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
+ To perform all warehouse control duties including receiving, put away, picking, packing, releasing and stock taking functions.
+ To assist in coordinating with truckers for delivery of warehousing services with follow the driver validation procedures.
+ To update shipments event code in the system.
+ To audit picking activities by using warehouse checklist from agents and truckers including freight labelling, update event codes, etc.
+ To ensure Expeditors destination labels match shipping label to prevent misroutes.
+ To ensure warehouse cargo manifests checked, paperwork signed, and trailers sealed.
+ To ensure products are stored in proper designated, safe area and presentable condition.
+ To report any OSD shipments and documented relevant information and update respective customer service on any photo available.
+ To maintain proper and update inventory records to meets customer requirements.
+ To maintain warehouse facility and warehouse housekeeping including checking of forklift, availability of battery water, battery power and etc in effective and efficient condition.
+ To take up additional responsibilities as required to meet the Company's needs.

The focus of the District Sales Executive (DSE) is on achieving results that are aligned with the overall organization and it's strategic goals. Key Deliverables
These are the minimum results expected from a successful District Sales Executive:

+ Bachelor's Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
+ At least 2 years of professional work experience. Candidates from any industry are welcome to apply; experience in logistics, supply chain, or sales will be an advantage.
+ Ability to meet and exceed sales goals -- proven Sales Success.
+ Possess sales planning and negotiation skills.

Scope of Position

+ Ensure team meets company standards of 52 hours training per year per employee
+ Follow-up new hires training as per the company requirement standards

+ Ensure smooth and timely customs process flow for import and export customs declarations

+ Proven hands-on experience processing AEO declarations (mandatory)
+ Good knowledge of customs brokerage process, customs legislation - especially with regards to classification, valuation and origin on AEO declarations

Act?as the chief revenue growth champion and orchestrator for global strategic business planning and execution by leveraging global relationships, your industry knowledge, and Expeditors product, geo, and service leadership. Deliver world class business reviews and workshops tailored to your customer that drive further collaboration between Expeditors and the customer with a focus on value creation and cost reduction as measured through business intelligence. Drive alignment and co-collaboration efforts in multiple geo's to identify customer's top supply chain priorities and challenges. Work with Expeditors senior executives and product & geo management to create value-add solutions that are timely and relevant to the customer's ecosystem. Increases Expeditors' revenues and profitability through providing enhanced valued-added service.
SCOPE OF POSITION
To create a unique Expeditors customer experience through total ownership of and accountability to:
+ Understand global customers' profile, needs and expectations.
+ Retain existing business and continuous pursuit of global business development.
+ Create a strategic and mutually beneficial relationship for Expeditors with the customer worldwide
REPORTING STRUCTURE
Customer Retention and Development Manager
+ University or equivalent business qualifications
+ Minimum 3 years Expeditors or industry experience
+ Proven work experience in business development
+ Knowledge of Expeditors products and services
+ Knowledge of required Expeditors operating systems
+ Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
+ Strong presentation skills
