Responsibilities :
+ Manage the Global Transportation rate cards
+ Reflect and maintain the most up to date information on lane specifications and providers used on each lane. Implement leakage controls and reporting deviations from rate card.
+ Create new lanes / decommission discontinued lanes in the global freight database.
+ Automate the Rate Card Management Process by leveraging existing or new proposed tools
+ Communicate updated rate cards to FP&A external partners and internal stakeholders
+ New carrier account creations
+ Ensure timely creation of all new global carrier accounts to support RFQ implementations
+ Liaise with regional stakeholders to support onboarding of Freight Audit and Pay processes
+ Spot quote support :
+ Approve spot quotes in Keelvar globally to award the best carrier according to service and rates
+ Assist on the Keelvar administration (System updates, account creation)
+ Invoice Approvals
+ Approve invoices for "out of rate card" shipments (LCL, spot, etc.)
+ Assist the North America Regional Team on international transportation invoice approvals - To be confirmed
+ Assist the Global Transportation team in the approval of equipment moves across the globe
+ Coordinate this activity and suggest cost optimization opportunities
Position Requirements
To excel in this role, the Global Transportation Coordinator should have a proven track record in transportation and logistics, along with a strong ability to connect and interpret transportation data globally and identify dependencies in the data sets.
+ A Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 5-10 years of experience in international transportation or shipping roles.
+ Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with regional teams and external partners.
+ The ability to analyze and organize data to propose automation opportunities
+ Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Excel & Power BI is required. Python and Javascript are a plus.
+ Ability to carry out short to long term initiatives and meet firm deadlines.

**The purpose of the Connected Med Management Technical Support Specialist (multiskilled) is to assist in resolving complex, time sensitive, and high-risk issues, which include customer escalations, sites down, remote troubleshooting, and dispatching cases to field service technicians, within a timely and professional manner. Each CMM specialist is trained to support two core products, ES and PLX or ES and CIISafe. The specialist is also expected to understand the Legacy and NextGen systems from server to station and any integrated connections to other BD products. Be a change control coordinator for the site change project.
Perform gap analysis against the BD Corporate Procedure, Divisional Operating Procedures and
Corporate Policy and update local procedures accordingly.
Maintain and update, when necessary, all BOPs for Process Validation, PFMEA, Software Val idation
Program, Finished Product Testing and Stability Program.
Be the protocol originator for component qualification, ship testing, accelerated aging, real time stability
and packaging validation activities for the plant projects including supplier relocation, cost improvement,
localization, material change, quality improvement as assigned.
Responsible for change supporting documents such as Stability Assessment, Packaging Assessment,
Component Qualification Strategy, Master Validation Plan etc.
In-charge for the execution of accelerated aging study and yearly maintenance of stability chamber for
the study.
Provide validation update on Post Market Surveillance (PMS) for all product family in BD Kulim.
Assist the Quality Unit Manager in executing special project or assignment.
Perform any other relevant and related responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time as required by the Management.
Support manufacturing and quality process continuous improvement projects.
Communicate across functions/departments.
Support in implementation of the Quality Component of the BD Excellence operating system including
create/maintain the Quality Loss Landscape.
Comply with all local BD quality policies, procedures, and practices through consistent application of
sound quality assurance principles.
Comply with all local, state, federal, and BD Safety regulations, policies, and procedures including
RCRA Hazardous waste regulations.

**Job Description**
**Purpose:** You will execute Customer Order Management functions for Greater China internal and external customers. You will also work closely with business, distributors/end customers, internal customers, finance, and RA & supply chain to ensure timely delivery of goods. Lastly, you will support business objectives; deliver high level of service & performance and engage distributors or customers, facilitating information flow & providing support to the order fulfillment process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Execute and manage Order Processing transactions accurately and promptly, including Field Service Contracts billing.
+ Co-ordinate with Planning to ensure stock availability as required.
+ Co-ordinate with Finance to ensure credit release on time.
+ Co-ordinate with Logistics to ensure special instructions are received/ understood, as required.
+ Handle distributors/end customers order enquiries/complaints.
+ Run Open Order Status reports for distributors/end customers, Finance, Business as required.
+ Review new Customer Creation Form, and on-pass to Master Data Officer (MDO) to set up.
+ Co-ordinate distributors/end customers claims for shipping discrepancies ie damage, short shipment, over shipment, pricing etc.
+ Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), Individual Impact Goals (IIG) and meet Development Plan.
+ Manage and facilitate the service level agreement applicable to Customer Interface.
+ Support service and customer priority strategies.
+ Support cost reduction and/ or process improvement initiatives.
+ Ensure processes and executions are in compliance with Sarbane Oxley (SOX), GDPMDS & other regulatory requirements.
+ Comply with all ISO 13485 requirements and BD policies.
+ Ensure a safe, healthy and environmentally-friendly workplace by observing Company's rules and procedures. Active involvement in prevention, elimination of potential safety hazards and participation in activities which promotes recycling, replacement and reduction of resource materials.
+ Regularly provides department team lead/manager with relevant information regarding activities, problems, issues related to Order Management Representatives and Specialists assigned accounts and tasks.
+ Provides training to new Order Management Representatives and Specialists.
+ Perform any other tasks as assigned.
**Required Skills and Knowledge:**
+ Diploma or Degree order with at least 3-4 years in Customer Order Management.
+ Highly customer & business oriented
+ A good team player with ability to work cross culture
+ Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
+ Flexible to work in different global time zones for meetings and calls
+ Fluent in English. Knowledge of other Asian languages an added asset
+ Proficiencyin Japanese (minimum JLPT N2; N1 preferred).

+ Calculate or Validate the Incentive Report based on Product Specialist Sales Configuration in Quarterly Basis or yearly performances
+ Manage and maintain IMS data or inventory data from distributor on a daily basis
+ Support IMS Forecasting with relevant stakeholders
+ Manage forecast and reconciliation tool - SIOP What If Tool
+ Generate the IMS data report (Either from IMS data or Qlikview) for Business needs
+ Generate the near expired items from inventory report
+ Generate any custom reports based on business, GM or other department requirements
+ Perform additional Commercial Operations tasks and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Commercial Operations Manager
**Job Requirements**
+ 3 to 5 years Supply Chain experience, preferably from Medical or Pharmaceutical industry
+ Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Microsoft Excel
+ Experience with CRM systems is preferred (i.e.: SAP, Salesforce etc.)
+ Highly developed problem solving skills
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
