+ To be responsible for regulatory affairs of BD in Malaysia and Singapore.
+ Provide support to regional RA team in ASEAN countries.
+ Be able to provide training/mentoring for new RA staffs joining the company.

**The Technical Support Center Specialist is responsible for resolving technical problems in a call center/help desk environment customer of our brand products. The typical candidate is a college/university graduate or has equivalent experience.**
**The position duties involve taking inbound phone calls each day from customers who need technical support with our products. Frontline troubleshooting will be performed on all calls followed by case resolution, dispatch or escalation as needed. + Ensure traceability and error-proofing mechanisms are functioning as intended.
+ **Documentation & Reporting**
+ Author and maintain validation documentation, including protocols, reports, and SOPs.
+ Record and analyze test data to identify anomalies and ensure systems meet specifications.
+ Prepare detailed reports for internal review and regulatory submissions.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ Work with IT, OT, manufacturing, and quality teams to coordinate validation activities.
+ Support changing control processes and ensure validated state is maintained during updates.
+ Train and mentor team members on validation procedures and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Quality Assurance, Engineering, or Information Technology.
+ Hands-on experience with eDHR systems, MES platforms (preferably Apriso), and digital manufacturing environments.
+ Experience developing and executing validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) for software systems and equipment.
+ Strong understanding of computer system validation (CSV) principles and risk-based validation approaches.
+ Skilled in performance testing, data analysis, and reporting to confirm system reliability and compliance.
+ Proven ability to ensure system compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
+ Knowledge of data integrity, error-proofing, and traceability mechanisms in manufacturing systems.
+ Proficient in authoring and maintaining validation documentation, including protocols, SOPs, and test reports.
+ Ability to analyze test data, identify anomalies, and ensure systems meet defined specifications.
+ Experience preparing regulatory submission documents and internal review reports.

+ Manage weekly replenishment review and planning from varying sources and systems
+ Gather, cleanse, and organize data from multiple sources and SAP systems to support planning activities
+ Prepare reports for supply review with sources, manage shipment follow-up, master data maintenance and adhoc reporting as needed
+ Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and anomalies
+ Assist with documentation of data workflows and standard processes as needed

Shift Leader
1. To ensure safety compliance are meet as per OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration).

3. To take ownership and accountability for setting and driving safety, quality, delivery and cost for
benchmark performance.
4. Ensure all company rules, regulations and Good Manufacturing Process requirements are comply with

5. To plan, organize, lead, and control all production activities and resource to achieve the operation plan.
6. To generate daily, weekly, and Monthly reports on Production activities and related issues.
7. Control of Work-In-Progress and material usage.
8. Lead projects related to process improvement or product line extension.
9. Upkeep and maintain production areas using 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles.
10. To ensure effective communication to both immediate supervisors and subordinates alike and across
functional boundaries.
11. To be a role model to employees by demonstrating leadership quality, commitment, right attitude and to
be pro-active in the production, quality and engineering Team.
12. Contribute to team effort by achieving related results as needed.
13. To perform any other relevant task or duties as and when directed by Superior
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION:
- Degree in any discipline with 2 years experience in supervisory role in a manufacturing environment OR
- Diploma in Supervisory Management or Production Management with 4 years of supervisory
experience or 2 years in Medical Device Manufacturing Environment
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Must be able to communicate fluently in written and oral Bahasa Malaysia and English.
OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be systematic and analytical.
- Good leadership skill.
- Good motivational skill and has the ability to work as a team
