Minimum Requirements:- Achieve at least Diploma certificate
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel industry.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Able to motivate and guide a diverse team while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Highly attentive to detail, with strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with computer systems and mobile technology. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and travel booking systems.
- Willingness to travel for work-related purposes when necessary.
- Location: Sabah, Kota Kinabalu (Temporary will work on a remote basis).
- Partnership Management: Oversee relationships with DMCs, accommodation providers, and cruise lines.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train the team on booking systems (GDS, cruise engines) and tour operations.
- Tour Operations: Manage itinerary planning, costing, bookings, and ground arrangements.
- Sales Support: Guide the sales team in promoting tour packages and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Training & Education: Provide product and destination training to internal teams and partners.
- Field Work: Represent the company at events, travel fairs, and manage airport duties when needed.
- Reporting: Monitor tour operations performance and implement improvements for efficiency.
