About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Management Assistant to join our team at BORNION TIMBER SDN. BHD. in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a full-time employee, you will be an integral part of our administrative operations, providing crucial support to our management team.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organising meetings
  • Handling correspondence and ensuring the timely and professional response to inquiries and requests
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Maintaining and updating office records and filing systems
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries for the management team
  • Providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Undertaking ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to support the smooth running of the office

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
