About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Management Assistant to join our team at BORNION TIMBER SDN. BHD. in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a full-time employee, you will be an integral part of our administrative operations, providing crucial support to our management team.
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organising meetings
- Handling correspondence and ensuring the timely and professional response to inquiries and requests
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Maintaining and updating office records and filing systems
- Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries for the management team
- Providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Undertaking ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to support the smooth running of the office
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands

- Participate in weekend duties at the Sales Gallery, project sites, property launches, or exhibitions.
