We’re seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Partner School Counselor (PSC) with a passion for education, sales, and marketing. In this role, you'll build strong relationships with feeder schools, engage with students, and organize impactful educational events to drive student recruitment and brand visibility. If you enjoy building connections, promoting educational programs, and running events, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
1. School Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with assigned feeder schools
- Identify and reach out to prospective schools to create new engagement opportunities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for schools, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality service.
- Foster strong relationships with school stakeholders to support effective collaboration and activity planning.
2. Event Planning & Brand Awareness
- Organize and coordinate impactful school-related events and outreach activities, including career talks, customized workshops, and competitions.
- Plan, budget, and manage events to maximize student engagement and strengthen INTI’s brand presence.
- Implement initiatives that enhance brand awareness among prospective students and school communities.
- Promote and market INTI’s educational programs through creative and targeted strategies.
- Drive lead generation to ensure a sustainable pipeline of prospective students.
- Provide accurate and effective programme counselling to prospective students to guide them toward suitable INTI programmes.
- Support students and parents via walk-ins, write-ins, phone calls, and emails throughout their decision-making process.
- Approve new student applications to ensure compliance with programme entry requirements.

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Diploma candidate with working experiences is welcomed.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel for school visits and events.
- Willingness to work on weekend for thematic events.
- Sales oriented and able to work independently.

We are seeking a committed and experiencedProgramme Leader to head theSchool of Law Enforcement at ICMS. This role is pivotal in ensuring the academic quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of Bachelor of Law Enforcement and Master of Law Enforcement programmes under the school.
Key Responsibilities- Programme Leadership
- Oversee academic planning, delivery, and performance of the Law Enforcement programme.
- Ensure alignment with MQA standards and regulatory requirements.
- Drive curriculum development, review, and enhancement in line with industry trends.
- Academic Governance & Quality
- Maintain high standards of programme quality, student outcomes, and compliance with academic policies.
- Prepare and manage MQA documentations, audits, and programme accreditations.
- Monitor student progress, assessments, and academic performance metrics.
- Lecturing & Academic Support
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and academic supervision in relevant law enforcement and justice subjects.
- Guide students in projects, assignments, and research work.
- Faculty Management
- Manage and support a team of lecturers and academic staff.
- Prepare teaching timetables and coordinate academic schedules.
- Conduct regular academic meetings and performance reviews.
- Liaison & Collaboration
- Work with industry partners, regulatory bodies, and internal departments to enhance programme relevance.
- Represent the School in academic boards, institutional meetings, and external engagements.
- Master’s Degree (or higher) in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or a related field.
- Any other master degree with at least 3-5 years of experience in the related field.
- PhD in the related field such as criminology, law enforcement or policing will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with MQA standards and academic quality assurance will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Experience in managing academic staff and processes is an advantage.
