to manage existing customer accounts and grow sales in the retail electrical segment. This

role is ideal for someone who enjoys client visits, relationship building, and ensuring smooth operations from order to delivery. Key Responsibilities: Visit retail customers regularly to take orders and promote featured products. Build strong relationships with store owners, resellers, and electricians. Ensure timely follow-ups on deliveries, payment collections, and outstanding issues. Monitor and report market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback. Conduct

outstation trips (3 weeks/month)

to cover assigned territories. Meet monthly sales targets and earn commissions based on sales and collections. Participate in training sessions and product briefings. Requirements: 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in

FMCG, electrical, hardware, or retail sectors . Friendly and persuasive communicator with good organizational skills. Must possess own transport and be willing to travel frequently. Highly responsible, independent, and goal-oriented. Fresh graduates

Timely update & Planning for all project execution Post Closure – relocation monitoring. Display Tools Implementation: Evaluate and roll out new display tools to enhance in-store presentation and customer experience. Monitor implementation effectiveness and compliance at store level. New Product Category Expansion: Plan and oversee the introduction of new product categories to stores. Work closely with merchandising and relevant department to ensure seamless execution. Business Strategy Execution (Special Projects): Implement key business development projects and strategies. Execute time to time special project in timely manner. Pre-analysis data for project exaction & post analysis project efficiency & effectiveness. Policy & SOP Development: Draft and update policies related to all new implementation and store operational standards for new implementation project Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Data Analytic or related field. MBA is a plus. Critical analytic & data driven. Minimum 1 to 5 years in retail operations, strategic project execution, or business development. Strong project management and coordination skills. Analytical thinker with problem-solving capabilities. Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator. High attention to detail and process-driven. Work with client servicing and creative teams to understand brief and propose structural solutions. Liaise with production/fabrication teams to ensure practicality and cost control. Prepare files with measurements, folding logic, and material callouts. Revise designs based on client, supplier, or internal feedback. Support site measurement, test builds, or mockup review as needed. Maintain and organize project files, dieline templates and past references. Scope Clarification

3D structural design and technical build feasibility . 2D layout visual design and final artwork formatting are handled by our Graphic Design & DTP teams. Job Requirements

Requirements: 2 to 5 years experience in structural / packaging / display design. Skilled in Adobe Illustrator (for dielines) + ArtiosCAD, SketchUp or KeyShot. Understands POSM materials (e.g. corrugated board, foamboard, PVC) and print requirements. Strong spatial awareness and problem-solving mindset. Able to convert creative briefs into realistic and cost-efficient build ideas. Ability to speak and read Mandarin is required
