Key Responsibilities Lead consultative presales engagements with key manufacturing clients (EMS, automotive, industrials, aerospace). To identify clients' pain points and translating them into actionable opportunities. Conduct maturity assessments of production environments, MES/PLM landscapes, and digitalization readiness. Identify business and technology gaps and design smart manufacturing transformation roadmaps. Collaborate with BD, delivery, and engineering teams on solution architectures and building proposals. Conduct client workshops, plant walk-throughs, and as-is/to-be mapping exercises. Ensure production's SOP are flawlessly executed; manufacturing conditions and quality control are met, troubleshoots, and resolves manufacturing deviations. Plans and allocates plant resources to meet daily operation requirements, and within budget. Work with Engineering team to manage all routine shift maintenance, scheduled maintenance, and line improvements. Develop competencies of the team (Manufacturing Specialists and Associate) with Operational Excellence team and HR. Establish and develop standards (SOP and expectations) for each process/section KPIV (key process input variable) and KPOV (key process output variable) for Production Specialists to follow and execute. Utilize both internal and external resources (suppliers, experts, other factories, and corporate team) to ensure proper technical solutions are defined and implemented to eliminate root causes. Supports new product development or new process implementation. Ensure processes & equipment are compliant with all internal and external regulations. Inventory Management

Profile

Build product structures (BOM) and routing in Oracle. Resolve / fix manufacturing / assembly problems encountered in the shop floor. Provide support for new product introduction include equipment set up and training to the assemblers. Develop the necessary work procedures and provide or co-ordinate the training for the operators and supervisors. Work closely with the ESH team to achieve high level of Environmental, Safety, Health standards. Responsible for collaboration with other Actuation Technologies manufacturing sites.

Who You Are:

Good understanding of control valve functions and able to demonstrate assembly procedures. Hands-on experience and ability to tackle issues in valve assembly and calibration. Skilled in developing fixtures and tooling. Effective communicator with the ability to support smooth day-to-day operations and teamwork.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Exhibit drafting application skills and techniques. Knowledge of material characteristics and capable of interpreting manufacturing and engineering source documents. Experience in a mechanical assembly manufacturing environment. Physical tasks include frequent reaching with hands and arms. Test & Automation knowledge will be advantage Proficient in Root Cause Analysis tools such as FMEA, 5 Whys, and implementing effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
