Job Responsibility
We are looking for Admin Executive- Project Sales Coordinator to support frame or metal roofing projects by ensuring efficient order processing, proactive customer follow-up, and smooth delivery coordination. This position serves as the central link between customers, the sales team, and the production department to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.

- Coordinate daily administrative and procurement operations, including order processing and document management.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to compare quotations, manage quality, and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and urgent requests with professionalism and promptness.
- Work closely with sales and production teams to translate sales orders into actionable work orders.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate delivery logistics based on customer requirements.
- Monitor production and delivery progress, updating relevant stakeholders as necessary.
- Prepare delivery documents (e.g., DOs), maintain digital records, and ensure all paperwork is properly filed and accessible.
- Assist in resolving on-site or project-specific issues related to supply or coordination.
- Perform data entry, prepare reports, and manage ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior

- Diploma or Degree in any relevant discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or administration
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or project-based industries preferred
- Experience in using software like SQL, Autocount, UBS and etc.
- Good Communication skills in English, BM, and or Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic documentation
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking under pressure
- Able to work on every Saturday (half-day)
