What would you be doing:
Create engaging content in Mandarin Chinese and English for social media, websites, and online platforms.
Manage and update social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc).
Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and report on KPIs.
Assist with design tasks using AI tools or similar tools for digital materials.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Work closely with the team to brainstorm marketing ideas and strategies.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) and English.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, paid ads, etc.) is a plus.
Familiar with Chinese social media platforms is a plus (e.g., XiaoHongShu, WeChat, Douyin).

Our Client & Broker Engagement (CBE) team manages AIG’s major client relationships across all product lines, as well as driving new business activity. The team serves major clients and broker partners through an elevated, personalized experience – our client-centric framework drives a consistent experience and best practices, while allowing flexibility to meet the client’s needs.
About the role
Campaign Management
- Manage annual marketing budget to achieve overall financial targets.
- Maximize revenue from Policy Owner Marketing (POM) customer database through improved customer targeting/segmentation and increase product holdings.
- Conduct campaign analysis and provide proactive support to business to highlight improvement opportunities and / or resolve problems, and to develop and execute action plans to deliver sustainable improvement.
- Liaise with call center and relevant internal and external stakeholders for campaign implementation and ongoing campaign performance.
Operation & Administration .
- Assist Head of Campaign Management to coordinate and ensure smooth operations & administration for the assigned campaigns.
- Ensure campaign P&L, persistency rate, monthly premium collection are regularly monitored and updated.
- Develop and maintain all new campaigns preparation and setup including campaign checklist, marketing plan, CPPM tracking and monthly reporting of campaign performance.
- Maintain and update monthly and quarterly marketing cost and accruals for management.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budget and agreed financial performance targets.
- Submit and obtain approval from local and regional management for each marketing campaign.
- Financial reporting to support the business including budgeting, expenses, portfolio, GPW/NPW, marketing allowable
Others
- Manage, monitor progress and coach peers with regard to specific preset tasks.
- Communicate to Head of Campaign Management on market trends and competition.
- Manage outsourced suppliers and vendors
- Ad-hoc functions as and when required.
- Maintain periodical engagement sessions and on-site visitation to contact centers for call reviews, support and obtain first hand feedback from front-liners; i.e. telesales agents, team leaders and contact center managers.
- Support end to end process for launching of product or campaign, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders
What you’ll need to succeed
- Tertiary education with minimum 5 years working experience;
- Experience in direct marketing and telemarketing campaign management preferred
- Insurance industry and/or finance, CRM or direct marketing background will be an added advantage.
- Meticulous, analytical and detail oriented.
- Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of multi-tasking, taking initiatives, working in groups or as an individual
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Intermediate to advance Microsoft Excel skill level, familiarity with usage of Power BI & Sales Force
- Self-motivated, confident and a good team player.

We're seeking a dynamic local marketing expert with excellent project management skills, who thrives in fast-paced environments, to scale and manage merchant / category campaigns with Singapore's top brand partners across F&B, Fashion, Beauty, and Home & Living.

- Drive user growth across all customer segments, including new user acquisition and retention, and revenue for ShopBack Pay in Singapore.
- Work with top brand partners across various categories (F&B, Fashion, Beauty, Home & Living) to plan and implement B2C marketing campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end marketing; Crafting compelling pitch decks for brand launches, Negotiation with brand partners, Execution of campaigns across in-app, offline, social media, CRM, paid ads and influencer marketing.
- Project manage and scale up core marketing programmes to drive merchant participation and revenue and continuous optimisation of communication channels to drive performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, social media, graphic designers, business development and account management teams to drive business goals for ShopBack and brand partners.
- Be data-driven in measuring campaign performance, identifying scalable opportunities and delivering actionable insights into winning strategies.
- 3-5 years relevant experience in campaigns/marketing/business building experience, preferably within offline retail and/or e-Commerce and/or payments environment.
- A driven, independent, highly motivated and result-oriented individual.
- Proactive can-do attitude, problem solving skills and good team player.
- Strong analytical skills, use data to inform decision making and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Good interpersonal skills with strong expertise in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills to manage a wide range of brand partners and deliver under tight timelines
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, develop innovative solutions to business problems.
- Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Cursor) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
